Ramna Safeer is a Pakistani-Canadian writer based in Toronto.

Ramna is the writer of the poetry chapbook Year of Saving Self, published by Rahila's Ghost Press in the summer of 2018. She is also the Project Manager at Sophomore Magazine, a digital magazine focused on projecting the voices of women and non-binary folks through a feminist lens. 

Her essays have appeared in places such as The Huffington Post, the Koffler Center for the Arts, Gal-Dem Magazine, and Burnt Roti Magazine. Her poetry has appeared in Room Magazine, Big Lucks Magazine and the anthology, Lake Effect 8, among others. 

She has a Bachelor Honors degree in English from Queen's University and is currently a JD candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School, hoping to a pursue career in human rights law.
